FAQ

Padel club software FAQ

Answers about running your club on Padel+ padel club management software: plans and pricing, setup, bookings and desk bookkeeping, shop stock, your club website and the player app.

Getting started

  • What is padel club management software?

Padel club management software runs the whole facility from one place: court scheduling, bookings, player records, desk bookkeeping, shop stock, and reporting. Padel+ covers all of that in a single web dashboard, adds matchmaking and tournaments, and on Pro and Multi-club gives the club a published booking website and its own branded player app.

  • How long does it take to set up Padel+ at my club?

Setting up a club on Padel+ takes under an hour. A guided setup creates the club with its details, location and photos, takes your card through Paddle to start the trial, then walks you through your pricing, your courts and your team. Opening hours and special dates are set from Club details straight after, so you can take your first booking the same day. Nothing is installed - Padel+ runs in the browser.

  • What hardware do I need to run Padel+?

Nothing beyond a device with a browser. Padel+ is web based, so the front desk runs it on the club PC, a laptop or a tablet - there is no on-site server, no installation and no hardware to buy from us. Your club takes the money itself at its own front desk, however it already does; Padel+ only records what was collected against the booking.

  • Can I move my club from spreadsheets or another booking system?

Yes. Clubs usually come to Padel+ from a WhatsApp group, a paper diary or another booking system. Courts, pricing and opening hours are set up in your first hour, and player records build as you book them in or as they sign up on your club's website and app. Talk to us before you switch and we will help you plan the move, including what to bring across from your current setup.

  • How much does it cost to build a padel court?

A padel court has no single price, and any one number is quoting one specification. What you pay is decided by the groundwork and drainage under the court, the steel and glass around it, the turf and its infill, the lighting and the electrical supply to feed it, and whether you roof it - and quotes only become comparable once those are separated. The costs that follow the build matter as much: turf replacement, electricity, maintenance, and the hours a court sits empty. Padel+ does not build courts; it is the booking software that fills them.

  • Which countries, currencies and languages does Padel+ support?

Padel+ works wherever your club is: your organisation keeps its books in its own currency, chosen once at sign-up from the full national list - JOD, AED, SAR, EUR and the rest - and every price and report is shown in it, one currency across all the clubs in a chain. The product is in English today, with Arabic on the roadmap. Subscription plans are listed in USD, with any VAT or sales tax your country requires calculated by Paddle at checkout, and support runs Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:00 GMT+3.

Plans, pricing and billing

  • How much does padel club management software cost?

Padel+ has three plans: Growth at $39 per month, Pro at $99 per month and Multi-club at $199 per month, billed monthly or annually with a lower per-month rate on annual billing. Each plan includes a set number of courts, with extra courts at a flat monthly price per court. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial - you check out with a card through Paddle, our merchant of record, pay $0 today, and billing begins when the trial ends - and there is no setup fee and no free plan.

  • Is there a free trial, and do I need a credit card?

Yes to both. Every Padel+ plan starts with a 14-day free trial: pick a plan on the pricing page, sign up, create your club and check out with your card through Paddle, our merchant of record - $0 is charged today. The card is what lets your plan start seamlessly: monthly billing begins automatically on day 15, and cancelling anytime before then costs nothing. Trials always convert to monthly billing, even if you were reading annual prices; to pay annually, choose Annual at checkout without a trial, or ask support to move a running subscription to annual. The trial is one per account and runs the plan’s full feature set from day one, on the courts your plan includes; extra courts are added once billing starts on day 15.

  • Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can change your Padel+ plan at any time. An upgrade from the dashboard applies immediately and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the period; a downgrade takes effect at your next billing cycle, so nothing you already paid for is taken away. During your 14-day trial either direction applies at once and nothing is charged. No lock-in, no setup fee, and your courts, players and bookings stay exactly as they are - moving plans only changes which features and limits apply.

  • How many courts and staff can I have on each plan?

Each Padel+ plan includes a number of courts and staff accounts, shown under every plan on the pricing page, and extra courts can be added for a flat monthly price per court. Going over a limit never deletes anything: existing bookings stand, and courts beyond the plan simply stop taking new activity until you add courts or move up a plan. If a plan change leaves you over your staff accounts, the most recently added staff go read-only - they still see everything, changes are just off until an account is freed or you move up. Owners are never locked out.

  • Can I cancel anytime, and who owns my club's data?

Yes, you can cancel a Padel+ plan at any time before your next billing cycle, and it stays active until the end of the period you already paid for - no lock-in contract, no cancellation fee. Your club's data stays yours: Padel+ stores player records on your club's behalf, and any player can email privacy@padelplus.net to get a copy of their information or have it deleted within 30 days.

Running your club

  • Does Padel+ track court bookings and who has paid?

Yes, Padel+ tracks court bookings and who has paid in one place. Bookings run on a live, colour-coded grid with a column per court - drag to move, pick a slot to create. Against each booking, staff note who has paid and how the club received it - at its own desk, or covered by a package, a voucher or a credit note - per player, so the club has one record of who paid for what.

  • Does any player money go through Padel+?

No. Padel+ is bookkeeping software: it does not process or hold any money. Nothing is collected, held, moved or refunded through it. Your club takes what players pay at its own front desk and Padel+ keeps the record. Packages, vouchers and player credit are entries in your club’s own books, and a refund to a player is a credit note your club decides and enters itself. The only charge that ever involves Padel+ is the software subscription, billed by Paddle as our merchant of record.

  • Can Padel+ schedule classes, coaching, tournaments and events as well as courts?

Yes. The Padel+ schedule is one live grid for everything the club runs: court bookings, classes, coaching, open matches, tournaments and one-off events like a social night or corporate day - each colour-coded, each booked and recorded like a court booking. Courts can also be blocked for maintenance without touching the bookings around them, and special dates handle holiday hours without hand-editing.

  • Can I track my pro shop and cafe stock in Padel+?

Yes. Padel+ keeps a stock list for the shop and cafe - products, food and drink, and services like racket hire and stringing - next to the courts. Staff note items against a booking so a group’s total sits in one place, stock counts down with low-stock alerts, and staff can review what they recorded against the club’s own records at any time. The money never touches Padel+: the club keeps it, Padel+ keeps the record.

  • Can Padel+ track packages, memberships, vouchers and player credit?

Yes. When your club agrees a ten-pack, a membership or a block of court time with a player at its own desk, staff record it in Padel+ and the remaining sessions count down automatically as players book. Vouchers and comps cover sponsors, promos and goodwill, tracked to who used them. Player credit is a credit note in your club’s own books - what a player is owed after a cancellation, say - and staff note it against a later booking. All of these are bookkeeping entries; Padel+ holds no money.

  • How does Padel+ handle cancellations, no-shows and waitlists?

Padel+ tracks attendance per player, so no-shows are recorded against the player who missed, and club rules set a late-cancel cut-off in hours for what players may cancel themselves. When a court is full, players go on the waitlist, and the moment a booking is cancelled the court waitlist shows the desk exactly who was waiting for that time - so a late cancellation becomes a call-back instead of a lost hour.

  • Can I control what my staff can see and do?

Yes. Padel+ staff accounts carry roles with granular permissions, so front-desk staff can be kept away from revenue figures, credit notes or price changes while managers see their club in full. Every record and booking change is written to an audit trail with who did what, and parts of the product your club does not use can be switched off entirely.

  • What reports does Padel+ give me?

Padel+ opens on a live today board - what is on court now, bookings not yet marked paid, low stock, open rosters - and keeps one record of what staff noted against each booking, whatever it was for. Revenue reports cover occupancy, unsold hours and revenue per court, plus per-coach, per-package and per-stock-item performance, so you can see what actually earns.

Players, the app and multi-club

  • Do I get a website for my club?

On Pro and Multi-club, yes. Padel+ publishes a website for your club - your name, your two brand colours, your photos and a template you pick - with live court availability on it. It can run on your own domain, and players book from it directly, so a club does not need a separate website or booking widget. On Growth, bookings go through your front desk and the dashboard calendar.

  • How do players book a court at my club?

It depends on your plan. Your front desk can always book anyone in from the dashboard, on every plan. On Pro and Multi-club, players can also book themselves: on your club's own Padel+ website they see live availability from any browser, sign in with a one-time code emailed to them, and book, join or cancel with nothing to install - and your club's branded iOS and Android app does the same on their phone. On Growth, bookings go through your front desk and the dashboard calendar.

  • What can players do in the branded player app?

On Pro and Multi-club, players use your club's own branded app to book courts, enter tournaments, and see their packages, vouchers and credit notes - without calling the desk. You stay in control: club rules set what players may create, join and cancel themselves, including a late-cancel cut-off.

    See the player app features

  • How does my branded app get into the App Store and Google Play?

Padel+ builds and submits the app, but it is published under your club's own store accounts. You enrol in the Apple Developer Program (about $99 a year, and Apple may ask for a D-U-N-S number) and Google Play (a one-off $25), add Padel+ as an admin, and paste your store keys into the dashboard - we take the build, the listing and the submission from there. Apple and Google review every new app before it goes live, so plan for the enrolment and review time rather than expecting it the same day.

  • Can Padel+ run multiple clubs or a padel chain?

Yes. The Multi-club plan runs every club in your chain under one organisation, with a club switcher in the top bar, per-club staff roles and one subscription covering them all. Player records and player credit are shared across the chain, so a member's balance and history are visible at every one of your venues, while each club keeps its own pricing, stats and reports.

  • What should I look for in padel club management software?

Look for one live grid that covers bookings, classes, coaching and tournaments rather than separate tools; who has paid, packages and shop stock kept in the same record; player records with levels and no-show history; a website and app your players actually book through; staff permissions with an audit trail; and a trial you can run on real bookings. Padel+ is built to check every one of those boxes.

  • How do I get help if something goes wrong?

Support is part of every Padel+ plan. Staff raise a ticket from inside the dashboard and the conversation stays there, tied to your club, or you can email the team - support runs Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:00 GMT+3. Billing and account questions go to the same place, and you can ask for a demo or a call from the contact page.
