What does the Padel+ court booking system look like day to day?
Staff work from one live, colour-coded court grid in the Club Dashboard, dragging to book courts, classes and tournaments. Pricing and opening hours are set per club, and the first booking can be taken the same day you set up.
What can players do in the branded player app?
In your club’s own iOS and Android app, players book courts in seconds, join tournaments, and see their packages, vouchers and credit notes. The app is included on the Pro and Multi-club plans; on Growth, staff take bookings from the Club Dashboard instead.
How does Padel+ reduce no-shows?
Every player carries a reliability score based on attendance, and no-shows are recorded against the player who missed. Club rules set a late-cancel cut-off, and when a booking is cancelled the court waitlist shows the desk exactly who was waiting for that time, so the slot is offered to the next player instead of lost. Open-match and coaching waiting lists promote the next player automatically when a seat frees.
Does Padel+ run tournaments and coaching as well as bookings?
Yes.
