The policies that govern your use of Padel+. Last updated 2 September 2026.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the club you register.

Acceptable use

Use Padel+ to run legitimate club operations. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Free trial

Every plan can start with one 14-day free trial per account, or you can pay for the plan from day one. Checkout, run by Paddle as our merchant of record, collects a card but charges nothing during the trial; when the trial ends, the plan you picked starts billing automatically on a monthly cycle, and support can move a running subscription to annual billing on request. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled - monthly or annually, charged in advance at the price shown when you subscribed. Subscriptions are billed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles the charge and issues the invoice; invoices are available in your dashboard. You can change or cancel your plan anytime. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata for the rest of the current period; a downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. If a price changes, we tell you before it applies to you. Fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy or required by law.

Player money

Money your players pay for bookings, packages and shop items is between them and your club: your club is the seller, sets its own prices and refund rules, takes the money itself at its own front desk, and is responsible for its own taxes. Padel+ does not process, hold, transfer or refund that money and never collects card details from players - it only records what your club tells it was collected, and packages, vouchers and player credit are bookkeeping entries in your club’s own books. Padel+ is not a party to those dealings.

Your club's data

Your club's data belongs to your club. Player personal data is processed on your club's behalf: your club decides how it is used and is responsible for collecting it lawfully, and we use it only to run the service, as the Privacy Policy describes. The software itself stays ours. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

Ending your subscription

You can cancel anytime, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal charge fails, we tell you and retry before anything is restricted. When a subscription ends, the dashboard goes read-only, your public booking page is taken offline, and everything is kept for 30 days - reactivate in that window and it all comes back, booking page included. After that the organisation is removed; contact support to recover it or to export your data, and we delete or anonymise data as the Privacy Policy describes.

Availability

We work hard to keep Padel+ online but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

Our liability

Padel+ is provided as it is; beyond what these terms promise, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow us to limit, including for fraud, gross fault, or death or personal injury we cause. For everything else, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, or other indirect loss.

Agreeing electronically

Clicking to accept these terms forms a binding contract, as Jordan's Electronic Transactions Law and similar laws elsewhere recognise. Our electronic records of your account and its activity are evidence of that agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, and disputes we cannot settle between us go to the competent courts of Amman, Jordan. If you use Padel+ as a consumer rather than for a business, this does not remove the protections of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you can still bring a claim in your local courts.

About these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves; if a change matters, we tell you before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page shows the current version. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms are written in English, and the English text governs.
