Growing past your plan
Every plan includes a number of courts. Add more and you pay a flat monthly price per extra court - shown under each plan - without moving up a tier, so the right plan is the one that fits the club you run today. Extra courts are added once the plan is active, so the 14-day trial runs on the courts the plan includes.

Questions about plans and billing
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
The plan you picked starts billing automatically on day 15, on the card you gave Paddle, our merchant of record, at sign-up, and the club carries on without interruption. Trials always convert to monthly billing, so the first charge is one month of your plan. To be billed annually, choose Annual at checkout when you subscribe without a trial, or contact support to move a running subscription to annual billing. Cancel anytime before day 15 and you pay nothing. Whenever a subscription ends, the dashboard switches to read-only, your public booking page goes offline, and everything is kept safe for 30 days - reactivate in that window and your courts, players, bookings and booking page are exactly as you left them. After 30 days the organisation is removed, and support can still recover it if you get in touch.
What if my club has more courts than the plan includes?
You keep your plan and pay a flat monthly price for each court past the included number. The per-court price is printed under each plan, so a bigger club is not forced into a tier it does not need just to add a court. Extra courts cannot be added during the 14-day trial - the trial runs on the plan’s included courts. If your club already has more courts than that, choose to pay at checkout instead of trialling and add the extra courts immediately.
Is annual billing cheaper than monthly?
Annual prices are shown per month and billed once a year, at a lower per-month rate than paying monthly. The saving differs by plan - switch the toggle above to Annual to see the exact per-month price for each one. Free trials always convert to monthly billing. To pay annually, choose Annual at checkout when you subscribe without a trial, or contact support to move a running subscription to annual billing.
Which plans include the booking website and the branded player app?
Pro and Multi-club include your club’s public booking website - live availability, sign-in with an emailed code, players book from any browser - and a white-label player app under your own club name on iOS and Android, where players book courts and join tournaments. Growth includes neither: your staff take and manage bookings from the Club Dashboard.
